SRC TOBY Awards

The Outstanding Building of the Year® (TOBY) Awards celebrate the best in commercial real estate, honoring excellence in building management, environmental responsibility, and community engagement. This prestigious event brings together the most elite properties from around the globe.

To be eligible for a Southern Region TOBY Award, a building must first win an award from their BOMA Local Association. Winners from the Southern Region Conference will go on to compete to win at the BOMA International Conference & Expo in Long Beach, CA.

Judging criteria includes community impact, occupant and employee relations, sustainability, accessibility, emergency evacuation procedures, building personnel training programs, and overall quality indicators. A team of industry experts also conducts a comprehensive building inspection as part of the evaluation.
